* I7 type film is a fine grain, high sensitivity, high definition film, classified to EN C5/ASTM II/ISO T3, suitable for various NDT application: Low to medium thickness
heavy metals, up to medium thickness light metals and alloys with conventional radiation, and thick section of heavy metals with high kilovolt x-ray or r-ray
sources. Similar to Agfa D7/Kodak AA400. It is generally used in direct exposure techniques or with lead screen.
* I5 type film is an extremely fine grain, high contrast, very high definition film, classified to EN C3/ASTM I/ISO T2, suitable for various NDT application: Low to medium thickness light metals with low kilovolt x-ray, and thick section of heavy metals with high kilovolt x-ray or r-ray sources. Similar to Agfa D4/Kodak MX125. It is generally used in direct exposure techniques or with lead screen.
